オレキシンからHIF-1にシグナルが入るという話
オレキシン受容体はG protein-coupled receptorなのでこういう話はあっても不思議ではないが、組む合わせがうまい。話もよくできている。
GPCRでもHIF-1にシグナルを入れないものもある。

muscarinic acetylcholine受容体のagonistであるcarbacholでAchRを発現している細胞を刺激すると受容体のsubtype specificにHIF-1へシグナルが入る場合もあるし入らない場合もある。こんな現象がヒントになるのではと思っている。
