以前論文の査読をしていて同じ著者によるself-plagiarismを発見したことがあります。同じ雑誌でやればさすがにぼくでもわかるよ。一応麻酔科関係の雑誌は5つくらいは大体目or眼を通していますから。
当直です。なのですが22時近くまで麻酔でない別のーこれを仕事とというのかわかりませんがーことをしていました。
Y山先生に最後まで麻酔見てもらいました。どうもありがとう。ぼくもサボっていたわけではありません。ある意味人の人生がかかっていることに関わっていたのです。
学会やっぱり延期決定です。しかし間が悪いですね。一週間早くても遅くても開催されていたでしょうから…
目下の仕事は論文のfinalizationと職場の年報の作成ーこちらには〆切りがありますーと某報告書ーこれらにも〆切りがあるー。
読みました。
LMA初心者が読むには最高の入門書と思いました。腹臥位挿入とかそういうのは載っていませんが普通にLMAを使うために身につけておくべき知識などが書かれていると思いました。
断片的にはほとんどの記述を知っていましたが順序立てて書いてあるのでとてもよい。さっと目を通して修練医の先生に貸してあげました。
“Laryngeal Mask Anesthesia: Principles and Practice” (Joe R. Brimacombe)
これも半分くらい読みましたが初心者には“これでわかった!図解ラリンジアルマスク” だ。
あのようなきれいなカラー印刷は要らなかったと思う。サイズをもう少し小さくして紙も薄くても良かったと思います。
でも修練医レベルの先生が先ず読むべき本は

Millerの新版、今回は注文しました。アメリカのamazonにです。送料入れても安いと思う。
